A series based on “the actual experiences of American clergymen.” Fred, a young bank employee loses $5000 in a get-rich-quick land deal. With his wife still in the hospital after seven months and nine operations and the bank examiners not due until next week, the temptation is obvious. When things go wrong, the view atop a high building becomes tempting. Purported to contain an appearance by James Dean, he seems invisible, even in the crowd scenes.
