Disciple, The
Jim Houston and his family show up in Barren Gulch, spreading the good word until the unsavory Doc Hardy seduces the preacher’s wife. Houston, disillusioned from the betrayal of his wife, loses his faith and moves to the wilderness with his daughter, Alice. Months later Alice falls gravely ill and Houston is forced to ask Doc Hardy for help.
